1. Scope and seller details
These terms apply to purchases made through the Hiddium online store.

2. Product types and item descriptions
Hiddium offers vintage and second-hand products, as well as upcycled pieces made from recycled or reused materials. Many of these pieces are unique or one of a kind.
- Vintage, second-hand and upcycled products may show signs, traces, marks, wear, irregularities or material characteristics resulting from their age, previous use or transformation process.
- These particular features will not in themselves be considered a defect or lack of conformity when they have been described, are visible in the photographs or are reasonably to be expected given the nature of the product.
- Each product listing aims to describe the item as accurately as possible, including photographs, materials, measurements and relevant observations.
- Small differences in colour, texture or finish may exist depending on the screen used or the singular nature of each piece.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
- All prices shown on the website are final prices for consumers and include the applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Hiddium sells and ships worldwide.
- Product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance and handling fees charged by destination authorities or carriers. Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility and may be collected before, during or after delivery.
- Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout, including card and PayPal where available.
- The order will be considered placed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
- An invoice is issued automatically after successful payment.
4. Orders, availability and delivery area
- Orders are subject to product availability.
- If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and an appropriate refund or solution will be offered.
- Hiddium ships orders worldwide.
- The seller reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or technical malfunction.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
- Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
- To exercise this right, the customer must notify Hiddium clearly and unequivocally within that period.
- In cases of withdrawal, return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
- If the product presents a genuine defect, arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered, the return or corresponding solution will be handled at no cost to the customer, including personalised products where appropriate.
6. Legal guarantee
For second-hand goods, the professional seller is liable for any lack of conformity appearing within one year from delivery.
In the case of vintage, second-hand or upcycled pieces, signs, traces, marks, wear, irregularities or material characteristics that have been described, are visible or are consistent with the nature of the item will not in themselves be considered a defect.
The guarantee does not cover natural wear resulting from use, normal ageing of materials, accidental damage, improper use, lack of care or the singular features of unique or one-of-a-kind pieces that have been properly disclosed in the product listing.
7. Technical and anti-fraud controls
Hiddium uses technical availability, error-detection and anti-abuse controls to keep checkout and order processing secure. Signals generated by observability may prompt an operational review, but the observability system does not by itself cancel orders or make decisions that produce contractual effects.
