Most pieces are one of a kind or available in very limited quantities. If a piece sells out, it may not return in exactly the same form.

Each listing includes the relevant condition details. Small marks or variations can be part of the story of vintage and second-life pieces.

These terms describe different aspects of a piece, so they can sometimes overlap:

• Vintage: Generally, a piece that is between 20 and 100 years old. It may be pre-owned or unworn. Once it is more than 100 years old, it is usually considered an antique.
• Pre-owned / second-hand: A piece that has had a previous owner, regardless of when it was made. A pre-owned piece can therefore also be vintage.
• Deadstock: An unworn piece from unsold retail stock. It may still have its original tags or packaging, although these are not always present.
• Vintage deadstock: An unworn piece from old retail stock that is at least 20 years old—an especially rare find, often preserved with its original tags or packaging.

In many cases, yes. If a piece is adjustable or can be modified, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

When pickup point delivery is available for your address, you can choose it during checkout before paying.

Yes. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging unless a legal exception applies. See the returns conditions.

Not all of them. At Hiddium, upcycled pieces coexist with vintage, second-hand and deadstock items. Because of their origin, small variations, signs of wear or imperfections may be part of their story, essence and charm. In each case, the product listing specifies whether the piece has been modified, whether it is vintage, deadstock or second-hand, as well as any relevant details about its condition.

Orders are packed carefully. Whenever possible, Hiddium reuses protective materials to reduce waste.
